Website Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipment Processing: All orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, unless you ordered patterned vinyl or custom prints. It will normally take 2-4 business days. Due to the size variations of vinyl, our website will not automatically update the inventory. We cut as we go. If an item/vinyl is out of stock before we can even start your order we will notify you thru email. You will be notified with the email address that is associated to your account.

We will offer you with these options,

  • We will refund the amount of the out of stock item, we'll send the items that are in stock.
  • We will refund you the full price. You will not be charged a cancelation fee.
  • You can choose another color of the same kind,  or the same amount in exchange for the item that is out of stock.
  • We will place the out of stock item on backorder and we will send it along with the items that are in stock when the backorder item(s) are back in stock. ***We will not ship separately for orders that have a backorder.

 *If a payment is not cleared, items will be on hold until the payment is cleared.

 Shipping Address: Please ensure that you enter your correct address. Double check before proceeding to the next step, especially your street number. If you accidentally enter a wrong street number and notice it right away, please contact us so that we can change it at our end. Once your order is shipped we are not by any means responsible if your order goes to a wrong house. 

Return to Sender: If a parcel get rerouted to us, we will investigate the reason why Canada Post or Fedex decided to return it back to us.  if the reason is that because you entered a wrong address (e.g Postal Code, or P.O. Box number is missing, wrong street number) we will refund you minus the shipping fee plus 15% restocking fee, unless you want to pay another shipping fee to get it shipped to you.

LOCAL PICK-UP POLICY

Local Pick up: 
Once your order is placed we will then begin packing it, we will notify you thru your email address that is associated to your account once it is ready for pick up. Please contact us to arrange for pick up. If you don’t pick up your order in 7 days after we notified you that it is ready for pick we will then refund you but you will be charged for 15% restocking fee. We will deduct it from your payment before refunding you. If you need more time please contact us. Please do not make “I never open my email” as an excuse.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

REFUNDS: All sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

RETURNS: Please do not return your items without contacting us first. It must be approved prior to items being returned. Return shipping is at your own expense.

 All vinyl is custom cut, and they are not eligible for refund or return! 

NO RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING

  • Change of Mind Returns: “Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error (e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong type, size, or color), items that don’t fit the way you would like (e.g. the wine bags that we have may be a little bigger for a regular size wine bottle or may be too small for a bigger/wider wine bottles.), and/or Unwanted gifts.
  • Third Party Returns: This are the items that you sold to your customers. If they are unhappy or unsatisfied about it, it will be your responsibility to fix it.
  • Almost Perfect Return: All items that are under “Almost Perfect Album” are final sale.
  • All vinyl:  All vinyl are final sale. We do not accept any return or exchanges on vinyl.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

For Shipping: Our policy is five (5) calendar days (not business days) from delivery. If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your parcel, unfortunately we cannot consider any returns or replacement for any damage item. After this amount of time, your order will be considered to have been received and completed. We recommend that you will perform a test cut before putting them away specially if you ordered vinyl in rolls. We will use the tracking numbers as our basis as to when your parcel was delivered.  

We will only issue a refund if we are given enough information to understand the situation. We will ask you to email us these informations:
1.) A clear photographed of the item that shows the damage.
2.) A photographed of the order sheet.
3.) The box an order came in.

After contacting us about an order issue, you have 72 hours (3 business days) to response to our email. After the time frame had past and you still did not response, to our email unfortunately we will not be able to correct any issue. 

For pick up: You have 24 hours to notify us if there is any concern(s) regarding your order.

Replacement items will be processed after we received the return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges plus 15% restocking fee.

Please do not throw any packaging or shipping materials until we have helped you resolve the issue(s) with your order. Failure to do so will limit us the ways we are able to correct the issue.

 

SALES POLICY

Whenever we have sales or deals, it is your responsibility to enter the coupon code. We will not adjust it for you.  
All sales cannot be combined with any other deals.
