Returns and Exchanges


REFUNDS: All sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

RETURNS: Please do not return your items without contacting us first. It must be approved prior to items being returned. Return shipping is at your own expense.

 All vinyl is custom cut, and they are not eligible for refund or return! 


  • Change of Mind Returns: “Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error (e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong type, size, or color), items that don’t fit the way you would like (e.g. the wine bags that we have may be a little bigger for a regular size wine bottle or may be too small for a bigger/wider wine bottles.), and/or Unwanted gifts.
  • Third Party Returns: This are the items that you sold to your customers. If they are unhappy or unsatisfied about it, it will be your responsibility to fix it.
  • Almost Perfect Return: All items that are under “Almost Perfect Album” are final sale.
  • All vinyl:  All vinyl are final sale. We do not accept any return or exchanges on vinyl.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

For Shipping: Our policy is five (5) calendar days (not business days) from delivery. If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your parcel, unfortunately we cannot consider any returns or replacement for any damage item. After this amount of time, your order will be considered to have been received and completed. We recommend that you will perform a test cut before putting them away specially if you ordered vinyl in rolls. We will use the tracking numbers as our basis as to when your parcel was delivered.  

We will only issue a refund if we are given enough information to understand the situation. We will ask you to email us these informations:
1.) A clear photographed of the item that shows the damage.
2.) A photographed of the order sheet.
3.) The box an order came in.

After contacting us about an order issue, you have 72 hours (3 business days) to response to our email. After the time frame had past and you still did not response, to our email unfortunately we will not be able to correct any issue. 

Please do not throw any packaging or shipping materials until we have helped you resolve the issue(s) with your order. Failure to do so will limit us the ways we are able to correct the issue.

For pick up: You have 24 hours to notify us if there is any concern(s) regarding your order.

Replacement items will be processed after we received the return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges plus 15% restocking fee.
